The hotel was large, and the bed was comfortable. I couldn't hear any noise from outside, and the room was nice and pretty clean. However, it took a while for my room to be ready.

I stayed at the hotel with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good selection of Best Western style breakfast and nice coffee. However, they might need a little bit of renovation. The hotel staff was amazing, trying their best to provide great service, even dealing with tough stains. The location was a mixed bag; while it was convenient for visiting Long Beach and LA, it didn't feel very safe with homeless individuals in the area. The dining options were better than average, but could have had more healthy choices. Facilities were decent, considering the price paid.
